Nothing sinks you lower into low self esteem worse than negative self talk, the things we say to ourselves greatly impact the way we feel about ourselves and if you want to begin to feel more positive about yourself then you are going to have to stop feeding yourself negativity in the form of negative self talk and self condemnation.
Negative self talk like...
"I'm not smart or intelligent enough" or "I'm such a fool" or! "I'll never get that job" or "Why I'm I so stupid" Will have to stop, that kind of talk doesn't lift you and neither does it inject you with confidence. If you want to have a healthy self esteem then one of the things you are going to have to do is begin to say more positive things about yourself and the more you say positive things about yourself, the more you will believe those positive things you say to yourself and the more positive you will feel about yourself.
Once you begin to feel more positive about yourself, results will follow because confident people and people who have a high self esteem, people who reassure themselves (through positive self talk) that they can do it, that they can make it, such people always get results and that's the kind of person you want to be
